Burger King, Marmora, NJ – 2800 square feet – Complete building and site construction of new Burger King restaurant in Marmora, NJ. Main Street Building and Development worked closely with the building owner and site developer to construct new ground-up Burger King. This was one Burger King’s first ground-up buildings to incorporate the 20/20 design.

Sweet Life Bakery, Vineland, NJ – 2500 square feet – Complete renovation of an existing bank into state-of-the-art bakery. Main Street Building and Development was instrumental in the interior design and construction management of all interior elements of this downtown Vineland fit-out including a service area with custom bread display seating for 25, cake prep room with walk-in fridge, and industrial kitchen with steam-injected bread oven.

CrepeMaker Café - 2500 square feet - Café atmosphere that provides a fresh, fast, healthy and delicious alternative to today’s fast-food industry by featuring innovative hand held homemade crepes that are filled with super fresh, delightful food combinations that will satisfy the healthiest of appetites and the sweetest tooth.

Slavic Evangelical Baptist Church, Vineland, NJ - 12,000 square feet – Complete design, development and construction of this state-of-the-art Baptist Church in Vineland, NJ. Main Street Building and Development was involved in every aspect of the development of the church. Working closely with the Pastor and the church’s design board, Main Street Building and Development successfully led the way in architectural design, interior design, engineering, planning and zoning approvals, site work and basin construction, and full-service construction management.

Quality Dental Care of Vineland - 6000 square feet - State of the art dental facility featuring the latest amenities in dental technology for cosmetic and family dentistry. The office houses 12 dental chairs, a luxurious waiting area with stone fireplace, full break room and private offices.

Landmark Building and Development LLC - 3000 square feet - This renovation included converting a 100-year old building into offices for Landmark’s Corporate Headquarters in Vineland, New Jersey. The headquarters for this home-building company contains private offices, corporate-size conference rooms, full break rooms, full basement and corporate offices on the 2nd floor.

South State Inc - 6000 square feet - Offices for a major road construction and asphalt manufacturing firm in southern New Jersey. This open-floor plan was a complete design-build that includes custom features in a corporate setting. The interior was designed to maximize efficiency for engineers and office staff as well as the private offices that lined the perimeter of the first floor.

Moe’s Southwest Grill, Millville, NJ and Gloucester Township, NJ - 2400 square feet - National chain restaurant featuring southwestern flare set in a fun and engaging atmosphere where meals, such as burritos, tacos, chips and salsa, are prepared right before your eyes – Welcome to MOES!

Panaia Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center of Vineland - Interior and exterior façade renovation for a downtown chiropractic office. The free-standing building was converted from a dilapidated barber shop into an upscale doctor’s office with full size waiting room, large open-plan rehabilitation rooms, private offices and break room.
